The packages are usually sent within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are sent through Correos Express with follow-up and return with signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as shipping costs.

The handling fees are fixed, while the transport rates vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We can not group two separate orders separately, and the shipping rates will apply to each one.

Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items. The boxes are of a large size and their items are well protected.

  2. Select the order from which you want to return an item, by clicking on "Details".
  3. Select the product (s) you wish to return by checking the box next to your name (s).
  4. Add the amount you need to return (in case more than one product needs to be returned).
  5. Add an explanation, so that the store team can understand if it is our mistake to get the order defective or because you have made a mistake in the order.
  6. Click on "Request a refund".

If you have made an error in the order on a product, the shipping costs from your home to us are on your own (the cost of sending the change is assumed by us).

If we have made an error in the shipment, or the product is defective the shipping costs from your home to us run on your own (but we will refund it when we send you the product (s) again).

We recommend Correos for being the cheapest shipping mode.


  • If you send it with Certified Mail, we will receive it in 2-4 days.
  • We will confirm the new order to production in 2-3 days. The production time of the new order will be 3-5 days.
  • We will send it with Correos Express messaging.
  • You have a maximum period of 7 calendar days to make the return

We recommend that before making the purchase you ensure the size by checking our size and size chart or if it is another product of its color, size, etc.

We will not accept changes in past orders these 7 days or in T-shirts that have been mishandled, washed, torn and / or Stampida's other products.
